Check It Out. If at all possible check out your used mobile office in person before you purchase. This way you can inspect the trailer for wear and tear or damage.

Buy Local. While this might not be possible, just keep in mind that you will have to pay transportation costs. If your choices are between a mobile office dealer a few cities away or a dealer a few states away, choose the closer one, because the cost of gasoline is definitely not cheap!

Other Fees.  Ask the dealer what is included in the buying price of your used mobile office trailer. Are all the setup charges included or are they extra? Does it have a skirt on it to hide the wheels? If not, it will be extra to add this also. Will they hookup your plumbing (many include this in the price) or do you need to get your own plumber?

Check Out the Supplier. As with any major purchase, it is a wise idea to research the dealer you are purchasing your used mobile office from. The Better Business Bureau is always a good place to check.
